Working With AdRinging
You do — everything. Campaigns are built inside Google Ads and Meta accounts registered to your business, call-tracking numbers and dashboards are set up in your name, and landing pages are yours to keep. If we ever part ways, you keep all of it. We believe holding client accounts hostage is how bad agencies survive.
Four steps: an availability check for your market, a qualification call, a one-time setup fee, then build-out. Build-out — research, campaign structure, tracking and landing page — typically takes 5 to 7 business days, and campaigns go live as soon as you approve them. Most clients see first leads inside our 14-day guarantee window.
It means we work with exactly one company per trade per metro market — one HVAC company in Houston, one plumber in Manchester — and that exclusivity is written into our agreement. We will never run your competitor’s ads while we run yours, and if your market is already taken, we tell you on the first call instead of taking your money.
You get a plain-English report every month plus a live dashboard you can check any time. Day-to-day questions go to your account manager by email or phone — +1 647-799-2737 or hello@adringing.com — with replies within one business day. Strategy reviews happen monthly, or more often in the first 90 days while campaigns are being tuned.
Yes — it is a common setup. We handle the performance channels (Google Ads, Meta, pay-per-call, landing pages and conversion tracking) while your in-house person keeps brand, social content and email. Because you own every account, there is never a turf war over access: everyone works in the same place.
You simply stop — every engagement is month-to-month with no lock-in. Give us notice before your next billing date and we wrap up cleanly: your accounts, data, tracking and landing pages stay with you. We would rather earn the next month than contractually force it, which is the whole reason the model exists.
Pricing & Billing
Yes — a one-time setup fee, published on our pricing page, covers market research, campaign build-out, conversion and call tracking, and landing-page work. It is charged once, never again, and there are no other hidden fees. Ongoing work is a flat monthly management fee, also published.
Our management fees are flat monthly rates published openly on our pricing page — per service and as a bundle. We do not charge a percentage of ad spend, because that model rewards agencies for spending your money rather than saving it. What you see on the pricing page is what you pay, in every country we serve.
You do, directly. Your card sits on your own Google Ads and Meta accounts, the platforms bill you at their published rates, and we never touch, route or mark up a dollar of it. This keeps your spend fully transparent — you can see the exact invoice from the platform any time you like.
Management fees are invoiced at the start of each month for that month of work. Agreements are month-to-month, so there is no long contract to escape — if you ever stop, you simply do not renew the following month. Ad spend is separate and billed to you directly by the platforms.
It depends on your trade and market, but most home-service clients start between $1,500 and $6,000 per month in local currency, paid directly to the platforms. We publish trade-by-trade benchmarks in our articles and recommend a specific starting budget for your market on the qualification call — before you spend anything.
If your campaigns have not produced a lead within 14 days of launch, your second month of management is free — full stop. The guarantee is about management fees, since ad spend is billed by the platforms directly. In practice we have built the onboarding process specifically so the guarantee is never needed.
Campaigns & Results
Campaigns typically launch within 7 days of onboarding, and our guarantee is leads within 14 days of launch or your second month of management is free. Cost-per-lead then improves over the first 60 to 90 days as we test keywords, ads and landing pages. Emergency trades in season often see calls within the first 48 hours.
A lead is a real person contacting you about a real job — a phone call over an agreed minimum duration, a submitted form, or a booked appointment. We agree on the definition in writing before launch, and spam, wrong numbers and sales calls are filtered out of reporting. If it would not make your dispatcher reach for the calendar, it does not count.
Instead of paying per click, you pay per qualified phone call. Campaigns run through tracked numbers, calls pass a minimum-duration and qualification threshold, and recordings let both sides verify quality. It suits emergency trades — plumbing, HVAC, restoration — where a ringing phone is worth far more than a website visit.
Every campaign ships with call-tracking numbers, form tracking and analytics wired up before launch, so each lead is attributed to the exact keyword and ad that produced it. Where recording is lawful, calls are recorded for quality review. Your monthly report shows spend, leads, cost per lead and — where your team shares outcomes — booked jobs and revenue.
A one-page monthly report in plain English: what was spent, how many leads it produced, what each lead cost, and what we are changing next month. Behind it sits a live dashboard you can open any day of the month. No 40-page slide decks, no vanity metrics — if the numbers are bad, the report says so and says what we are doing about it.
It honestly depends on your trade, market and budget — anyone promising exact numbers before seeing your account is guessing. As a guide, well-run home-service campaigns typically land between $25 and $120 per lead, with emergency trades converting fastest. We share trade-specific benchmarks on the first call and publish detailed breakdowns in our articles.
Local & International
Almost certainly not — and we will never pretend otherwise. AdRinging is a remote-first agency headquartered in Toronto, serving five countries without a network of rented local addresses. What you get instead is honest pricing, calls scheduled in your time zone, and direct access at +1 647-799-2737 or hello@adringing.com.
Remote-first operations and local research. Campaigns are built on real market data for your city — local CPCs, local seasonality, local terminology (a “furnace” in Toronto is a “boiler” in Glasgow) — and managed by specialists who work across time zones by design. The ad platforms are global; the discipline is local.
During your business hours, not ours. Calls with Australian and New Zealand clients happen in their morning, UK and Ireland clients in theirs, and North America across the working day. Everything is scheduled in advance, and the live dashboard means you never need a meeting just to know what happened yesterday.
Yes — French for Quebec and Spanish for markets like Miami and Los Angeles are the most common, with ad copy reviewed by native speakers. Bilingual campaigns are often a cost advantage, since non-English keywords are frequently cheaper for the same searcher intent. Your team just needs to be able to serve the customers who call.
Your ad spend is billed by Google and Meta in your local currency on your own accounts — we never touch it. Management fees are invoiced in an agreed currency (CAD, USD, AUD, NZD or GBP) at the flat published rate, so exchange rates never become a surprise line item.
Yes. We add markets on request, and the locations list shows where we actively publish research rather than the limit of where we work. The same rules apply everywhere: one client per trade per market, published pricing, and the 14-day lead guarantee. Ask on the contact page and we will confirm availability within one business day.
